Sodaniter
Sodaniter (also called nitratine) is an evaporite mineral with composition NaNO3. Due to its high solubility, it occurs only in evaporite deposits and salt efflorescences under arid conditions. May be produced in soils as an efflorescence, particularly along irrigation drainage canals.
